Supported by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Postal, and Courier Services, and organized in collaboration with partners like Smart Africa, Afreximbank, and Loita Business, Zimbabwe Digital Week 2025 aims to highlight the nation’s goals to transform into a digital powerhouse.

This gathering will assemble policymakers, industry experts, and international dignitaries to delve into collaborations and advancements in digital technology.

Over the last five years, Zoho has maintained an active presence in Zimbabwe. With this fresh investment, the firm aims to cater to specific demands within the local market through initiatives such as localized software adaptation, adherence to regional regulations, and enhanced connectivity with fiscal infrastructures. Additionally, Bourne mentioned that Zoho intends to collaborate closely with various governmental bodies locally to assist in achieving their nationwide digitization objectives.

Zoho is establishing itself as an essential digital ally for businesses across Africa with over 55 enterprise solutions spanning sectors like sales, marketing, HR, and finance. Currently, they cater to more than 500,000 paying organizations internationally and have a global workforce of approximately 15,000 employees.

Resources are being allocated to swiftly expanding markets to strengthen more individuals and organizations,” stated Bourne. “In the coming year, our objective is to position Africa as our top priority within the Middle East and Africa region.
