Updates to [@]Grok Account
We’ve put some technological safeguards in place to stop the Grok account from allowing the editing of images featuring real people in revealing clothing, like bikinis. This rule applies to all users, including paid subscribers.
Additionally, the ability to create and edit images through the Grok account on the X platform is now restricted to paid subscribers only. This provides an extra layer of protection, helping to ensure that anyone trying to misuse the Grok account to break laws or our guidelines can be held accountable.
Geoblock update
We’ve also introduced a geoblock that prevents all users from generating images of real people in bikinis, underwear, and similar outfits via the Grok account and Grok in X in areas where it’s illegal.
