TechX has emerged as among the initial AWS partners in Vietnam to attain the AWS Cloud Operations Competency, which is an internationally recognized certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). This accolade underscores their proficiency in running, overseeing, and enhancing cloud computing infrastructures.
The certification underscores TechX’s proficiency in assisting Vietnamese companies in successfully implementing AWS cloud solutions to boost operational efficiency and drive forward their digital transformation efforts.
Having been among the first to achieve this certification in Vietnam, TechX has shown strong technical skills and operational know-how in aiding organizations with workload management, cost control, and enhanced cloud performance. This acknowledgment represents a significant advancement in the firm’s mission to support companies in developing robust, expandable, and environmentally friendly infrastructures on the AWS platform.
The AWS Cloud Operations Competency represents an elite certification from AWS, granted to partners who demonstrate exceptional levels of technical proficiency and hands-on expertise in managing cloud infrastructures.
TechX underwent a third-party audit conducted by ISSI and successfully met AWS’s criteria across five core areas of cloud operations. These include cloud governance, which involves maintaining policies and tools for a secure and scalable environment; cloud financial management, aimed at optimizing spending and improving budget control; and monitoring and observability, which focuses on analyzing operational data and resolving incidents promptly.
The assessment also included checking for compliance and conducting audits to make sure the systems comply with security protocols and regulatory requirements. Additionally, it involved operations management aimed at automating procedures, boosting system efficiency, and enhancing the dependability of AWS operations.
