Living in central North Carolina, I can usually enjoy the outdoors year-round. During the winter months, I like to take regular walks on my own as part of my recovery routine from tougher workouts, and I also cherish evening strolls with my family for some quality time together. As a big fan of football and cycling, my ideal Sunday often involves several hours of lounging in front of the TV to catch my favorite games. That’s where the Urevo SpaceWalk 5L walking pad comes in. With just a simple plug into the wall, I can turn those mindless hours on the couch into a chance to get a little movement in, instead of just indulging in hot wings and a crisp cream soda (as tempting as that is).
A walking pad can also be a fantastic addition for those who use a standing desk, allowing you to move while you work instead of sitting for long stretches. Whether you’re looking to stay active at home or during work hours, a walking pad can help keep you on your feet when you might otherwise be still.

The new SpaceWalk 5L from Urevo is a compact, lightweight walking pad that stands out from traditional treadmills mainly due to its lower top speed.
First, let’s go over some specifics. The SpaceWalk 5L measures just over 4 feet long and just under 2 feet wide, with a walking surface that’s 39 inches long and 16 inches wide. Weighing a little more than 50 pounds, it can support up to 300 pounds.
Upon unboxing the Urevo SpaceWalk, it’s immediately apparent how sturdy and well-constructed it is. Despite its durability, it’s lightweight enough to maneuver easily. This versatility makes it suitable for a variety of in-home uses. I’d say assembly was incredibly easy—there really wasn’t any assembly required; all I had to do was unpack it and plug it in. So yes, setting it up was a breeze.
