TLScontact has introduced a new automated appointment system at all its Moroccan locations to address the prevalent issue of fraudulent bookings for French visa appointments.
After a successful pilot in Rabat earlier this year, the system has been activated in Fès, Oujda, Tanger, and Casablanca.
The firm indicated that this step is intended to ensure equitable access to appointments for legitimate candidates and to thwart fraud rings from acquiring and selling spots.
The updated procedure includes assigning appointment slots at random, with confirmations occurring post-payment of the service fee. TLScontact anticipates that this change will help rebuild confidence in the visa application process and safeguard applicants against fraudulent activities.
