Maroc Telecom has entered into a strategic alliance with international technology leader Zoho to offer sophisticated digital services to companies throughout Morocco.
This partnership seeks to speed up the nation’s digital evolution by ensuring easy access to Zoho’s extensive range of business tools through Maroc Telecom.
Through this pact, businesses from Morocco will obtain entry to essential Zoho offerings including Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho Creator.
These tools aim to simplify key processes, including protected financial operations, improved customer interaction features, cooperative work environments, and easy app creation with minimal coding.
This collaboration brings forth an integrated service approach, enabling companies to combine their telecommunications and digital service costs onto one monthly invoice, thus reducing the hassle of managing several suppliers. Local IT integrator BSP will back this effort by overseeing implementation, conducting employee training sessions, and facilitating seamless solution integration.
Notably, this partnership extends past Morocco itself. Over time, Zoho’s offerings will be progressively introduced across the 10 sub-Saharan branches within the Maroc Telecom Group. This move allows companies throughout the region to benefit from specialized assistance and digital resources designed for Africa’s developing market needs.
This collaboration between Maroc Telecom and Zoho seeks to promote digital access for all, improve customer interaction, and enable businesses throughout the region to attain lasting expansion through advanced, protected, and expandable technological solutions.
