Instead, multiple specialized frameworks could coexist within these sectors, showcasing innovation. This is the type of approach we ought to adopt rather than mindlessly following others.”
When discussing the regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence, Sood mentioned that the aim is to develop a techno-legal approach tailored to specific sectors so as not to stifle innovation. He stressed that broad rules could hinder creativity and noted that the government intends to encourage advancement.
