It has no transaction fees for 24 months and provides cashback benefits for merchants.
Singapore-based fintech company Aleta Planet has introduced MPLUS Aleta, a digital payment application designed to cater to the financial requirements of Muslim populations throughout Southeast Asia.
For Muslim traders utilizing this application, there won’t be any transaction fees imposed over the course of 24 months. Additionally, MPLUS Aleta has introduced a cashback initiative.
Customers can currently download the app and use it to scan a specific MPLUS Aleta QR code for paying retailers.
Users will have access to a single hub and community featuring Muslim traders and businesses that address specific requirements within the Muslim community.
MPLUS Aleta employs QR payment technology and utilizes AP’s exclusive network to establish a closed-loop payment system. All transactions occur solely within AP’s internal framework.
The AP mentioned their intention to expand the deployment of the app to other Muslim communities throughout Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Indonesia and Malaysia later this year.
